In T&M model, we bill the customer on a monthly basis for the number of human resources deployed. This model offers you the flexibility to vary the size of your team depending on your projected workloads. This model is ideal for both offshore & on-site resource requirement where a highly skilled resources are required.
SLA Driven Model
SLA driven model is recommended for long term projects where the scope and specifications for the projects are reasonably clear and well defined. The SOW’s are specified and ITESpro is responsible for the complete service management, project management as well as maintaining agreed SLA. ITESpro defines ITIL based process-driven delivery methodology, which ensures accuracy, predictability and timely delivery for all such accounts, as well as assures services within the budget shared by the client. Fixed price model
Fixed price engagement model primarily offered for monitoring and maintenance services for complete range of Infrastructure. We offer per device monitoring and maintenance services for long term engagement which provides accurate cost estimation for complete infrastructure which is critical to client’s business.
